FAQ

Questions before you buy.

Short answers to the things people ask most. Every one describes what really happens, including the parts that are less convenient.

How does a Steam level up actually work?

Your Steam level comes from crafting badges, and a badge is crafted from a set of that game's trading cards. We send you the sets as an ordinary Steam trade offer. You accept it, craft the badges, and your level rises. Nothing touches your password and nothing is done on your behalf inside your account.

Do I need TF2 keys or anything in my inventory?

No. That is the main thing that separates us from the alternatives. You can pay in crypto with a completely empty inventory. If you happen to hold TF2 keys you can trade those instead, but they are an option rather than a requirement.

How long does delivery take?

A small jump usually arrives within minutes of payment clearing. A large one arrives in rounds: our bot can only send sets your badges can still absorb, so you accept the first offer, craft those badges, and the next batch follows. The order page shows every offer and tells you which one is waiting on you.

Will my Steam level drop back down later?

No. Your level comes from badges crafted on your own account, and a crafted badge is permanent. Once it is done the level is yours to keep, whether or not you ever order from us again.

Is this safe for my Steam account?

You are receiving ordinary trading cards through Steam's own trade system, which is what the system is for. We never ask for your password, we never ask you to send items first, and we never ask for your account details. Sign in happens on steamcommunity.com, on Valve's own page.

What do I need before I order?

A public Steam profile, so the level and badges can be read. A trade URL saved on your account. And no trade hold, which usually means having the Steam mobile authenticator active for at least a week. We check all three before taking any money, not after.

Should I craft the sets I already own first?

Yes, and it makes a real difference. Our bot works out what to send from the badges you currently hold. Sets sitting uncrafted in your inventory are invisible to that calculation, so crafting them first means everything we send is something you can use.

Can I get a refund?

Anything we have not delivered is refunded to your wallet balance, including the remaining rounds of a part-delivered order. Cards already accepted into your inventory cannot be taken back, so those are not refundable. Balance can be spent on any future order.

Why pay in crypto?

It is the simplest way to pay us from anywhere, and it clears in minutes. There are no card or bank details to hand over, and no processor or bank sitting between you and us that can hold the payment up or turn it away.

Which coins and networks do you accept?

USDT or USDC, on BNB Smart Chain or Polygon. Your deposit address is the same on both networks, so send on whichever is cheaper for you at the time. Any other coin or any other network is not recoverable by us, so check both before you send.

Can I sell my TF2 keys or Steam gems to you?

Yes. The TF2 Key Store and the Steam Gem Store buy and sell both, at one flat price for everyone, shown on each page before you type an amount. You send the items as an ordinary Steam trade offer and we pay you in crypto, straight to your own wallet address. You can also buy keys and gems from us the same way.

How do you pay me when I sell to you?

In USDT or USDC to a wallet address you give us, on BNB Smart Chain or Polygon, whichever you pick. It does not go into a site balance you cannot get out of. Every payout is checked by a person before it is sent, so it is not instant, and the network fee comes out of the amount rather than being added on top.

What is the cheapest way to raise my level?

Buying sets in bulk, which is what this is. Free routes exist: card drops from games you play, and booster packs, both of which are slow and depend on which games you own. If you are counting only money then free wins. If you are counting time as well, this is far cheaper.
