Refunds
Refunds
The refund rule is simple: undelivered value can be credited back, but accepted Steam items cannot be pulled back from an inventory.

Undelivered orders
If Gameza cannot deliver an order or the remaining rounds of an order, the undelivered value can be returned to your wallet balance.
Support may ask for the order reference so we can check payment, bot inventory and Steam offer history.
Accepted trades
Cards accepted into your Steam inventory are delivered. Delivered cards are not refundable because Steam trades cannot be reversed by Gameza.
If an order is delivered in rounds, only rounds that have not been delivered can be refunded.
Crypto payments
Send only the supported token on the supported network shown on the wallet page. Sending another asset or network can permanently lose funds.
Wallet balance can be spent on future Gameza orders. It is not withdrawable.
TF2 key payments
A TF2 key order is paid through a Steam trade offer. Once you accept a trade that exchanges your keys for card sets, that delivered part is complete.
If a bot cannot send the offer after an order is created, support can cancel or re-quote it.
