Terms

Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Gameza. They are written in plain language for the service we actually run: Steam trading card sets, delivered by trade offer, for Steam level ups. Using Gameza means you accept them.

About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Gameza website and every order you place through it. Some pages add their own detail, such as the Refunds page and the wallet page. Where a page like that is more specific, that detail applies alongside these terms.

If you do not agree with something here, do not place an order. If you have already placed one, contact support and we will work it out.

Who can use Gameza

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if that is higher, and able to enter a contract.

You must be the owner of the Steam account that receives the delivery, and the information you give us at checkout must be accurate.

What Gameza does

Gameza sells sets of Steam trading cards for Steam level ups. We send the cards through Steam trade offers from our bots. You accept the offer and craft the badges inside Steam, and your level rises from the badges you craft.

Gameza is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, or Team Fortress 2.

Your Steam account

You sign in with the Steam account that will receive the delivery. Sign in happens on steamcommunity.com, on Valve's own page. We never ask for your Steam password and we never act inside your account.

Your Steam profile and game details may need to be public so the calculator can read your level and badge progress. Your saved trade URL must belong to the same Steam account you signed in with, and your account must be free of a trade hold so our bot can send offers.

Orders and prices

The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that order. Quotes can change between visits because they follow card prices and Steam's own rules, both of which move.

An order is confirmed once we have seen your payment. Until then it is a quote and nothing has been reserved.

Payment

Crypto orders are paid in the token and on the network shown on the wallet page. Send only that asset on that network. Sending a different asset or using a different network can lose the funds permanently, and we cannot recover them.

TF2 key orders are paid through a Steam trade offer and are quoted in whole keys. When a key rate produces a fractional set count, the delivered sets round down in Gameza's favour.

A Gameza wallet balance can be spent on future level up orders. It is not withdrawable and cannot be paid back out to cash or crypto.

Delivery

A small order can arrive as a single trade offer. A large order arrives in rounds, because Steam limits how many items an offer can carry and each game badge has a craft limit. Our bot sends what your badges can absorb, you craft, and the next round follows.

You are responsible for accepting each Steam offer before it expires and for keeping your account able to trade. The order page shows every offer and tells you which one is waiting on you.

Refunds and cancellations

Value we have not delivered can be returned to your wallet balance, including the remaining rounds of a part delivered order. Cards already accepted into your Steam inventory are delivered and cannot be pulled back, because Steam trades cannot be reversed by Gameza.

A paid order is refunded to balance, not cancelled and reversed to your payment method. The Refunds page has the full detail.

Fair use and fraud

Do not use Gameza for fraud, money laundering, funds that are not yours, or an account you do not own or control. Do not abuse our bots, place automated bulk orders, or exploit a pricing or delivery error instead of reporting it.

Crypto payments are final once sent. Opening a false payment dispute, or trying to reverse a settled payment after delivery, is treated as fraud. We may suspend the account, cancel open orders, and recover the amount owed.

We may hold, re-quote, or cancel an order that looks unsafe while we check payment, bot inventory, and Steam offer history.

Things outside our control

Some delays are not ours to fix: Steam outages, a trade hold on your account, changes Valve makes to Steam rules or the trade system, and network congestion on a crypto network.

When conditions block delivery, we deliver as soon as they clear. Where we genuinely cannot deliver an order or its remaining rounds, the undelivered value is returned to your wallet balance.

No warranty and liability

Gameza is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it is always online, error free, or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost time, or for any action Valve takes against your Steam account.

Suspension and account closure

We may pause or close your access to Gameza if you break these terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud. Where that happens, any genuine undelivered balance is still refunded to you.

You can stop using Gameza at any time. You can also unlink your Steam account from your account page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use Gameza after that means you accept the updated terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before a dispute goes anywhere formal, talk to support. Almost everything is solved there. You can reach us through the channels on the Contact page, and the fastest is Discord.
